Jennifer Burns Katafigiotis is the Founder of Weight Wellness Center and the creator of WWC KIDS, a nutrition education program specifically for children. With 30 years experience in the field of nutrition education and weight management, Jennifer is a highly sought after speaker.
She was the Keynote speaker at the 2019 World Congress on Nursing & Healthcare in Paris and has appeared on numerous news programs.

Jennifer believes in the ancient wisdom of Hippocrates, “Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food,” injecting her own modern twist – “Food happens. Learn how to make it work FOR you and not AGAINST you!”

Jennifer regularly partners with many notable organizations such as the Girls Scouts of America. She created the “Farm the Outfield” program with then Newark Mayor, Cory Booker and the Newark Bears professional baseball team. The program was adopted by the NJ Mayors Wellness Campaigns for Rutherford and Lyndhrust. She also founded a successful Kickstarter campaign; “Food Happens: A Teaching Garden” which brought a teaching garden and kitchen program to an underutilized cement outdoor space in Lyndhurst, NJ.

Jennifer is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University and her company was recognized as a 2019 Top 50 Healthcare Company by the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare (IFAH) .

Kathleen, who has partnered with several Fortune 500 companies, has been featured in such outlets as Rachael Ray, HuffPost Live, and Swaay Media. When she’s not working, the entrepreneur leverages her business experience to inspire other women with her Femme Think Tank, a yearly event that teaches women-owned businesses how to bolster their companies.

This planted the seeds of what she wanted to do with her life. Though eager to jump right into the restaurant business, her parents urged her to pursue a more conventional career path. Yet, it became clear Renee’s favorite hobby would become her life’s work. Renee’s inspirational talk will challenge you to face the obstacles that stand between you and your dreams.

Renee Faris attended William Paterson University and studied English Literature and Writing. After completing her BA, Renee knew it was time to take baking and cooking more seriously. After many years working in the food industry, Renee decided to open her own business. Now, nearly 5 years in business, Erie Coffeeshop & Bakery is a treasured staple in the Rutherford community.
